Southeast Ramona Street Cottages

Innovative and efficient, this infill project created with Universal Design in mind, introduces a cluster of seven fully accessible cottages to a residential neighborhood in Portland, Oregon, addressing the city’s urgent need for inclusive, sustainable, and community-oriented housing. Planned for the future, this concept will be nestled on a currently underutilized urban lot. The project embodies the spirit of Portland’s residential infill strategy by increasing density and ensuring accessibility without compromising neighborhood character.
